Today an O&R employee snuck up to our home, pulled our original analog meter out and slammed in a new (AMR) Automated Meter Reading Meter. Then ran down our road/driveway (400 ft. ) got past our gated entrance, over the barb wire, past security cameras and fled. Without ID or a word. Suddenly our power went off about 2:00 pm., then pounding on our wall, I went to see, opened a window just in time to see a woman, blond pony tailed hoofing down our driveway with our original meter under her arm! I went out to find a Deadly Radiating RF transmitting Meter in place of our original Analog one. Called cops, they came, found no one nearby, duh! Wasted my time calling them. So I Googled the words AMR Automated Meter Reading Meters. I could not believe what I found:
